Terms and Conditions

By booking a service with M2P Airport Transfers, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions as listed below.
BOOKINGS
- All bookings must be made by people over 18 years of age.
- Bookings are not confirmed until all details are received, including full name, contact phone number, email address and pick up/drop off location and time.
- Please notify us at the time of your booking if you will be travelling with luggage.
- If you are unable to travel due to illness or a flight cancellation/delay, please let us know as soon as possible. We will refund you in these instances if more than 12 hours notice is provided. Contact details will be provided at the time of booking if cancellation is required.
- You will receive a text message the day prior to travel, confirming your reservation and pick-up details.
PAYMENT
- Payment must be made at the time of pick-up. Until further notice, payment can be made via cash or a debit/credit card on pick-up. Once full website functionalities are available, payment will need to be made at the time of booking via credit/debit card, bank transfer or PayPal.
- Merchant service fees may apply if paying via debit or credit card.
- A tax invoice can be issued on request following completion of pick up. This will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
PICK-UP PROCESS
- M2P Airport Transfers will depart all stops at the specified departure time. We suggest that you arrive at the pick-up point at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time to allow for any unforeseen circumstances. If you have not arrived by the specified departure time, M2P Airport Transfers reserves the right to leave the stop without you. This ensures adherence to schedules for all other passengers.
- If you are travelling with us from Perth Airport but your flight is delayed, please notify us at your earliest convenience. Please note, we will be unable to wait as our service departs at specific times to accommodate multiple stops. In the event of a significant flight delay or cancellation, if we are no longer able to accommodate your updated request then we will refund any monies paid. We will always endeavour to accommodate any changes, however, please be mindful that we have set runs each day and cannot offer a personalised service. We operate our service in this manner to keep costs to a minimum and to ensure a reliable service for our customers.
- If you are a ‘no-show’, you will still be charged 100% of your booking fee, as this seat could have been allocated to an alternative passenger.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Our vehicle is fitted with seatbelts. All passengers must remain seated and wearing their seatbelt at all times during travel.
- To minimise disruption and ensure a pleasant trip for all passengers, we request that headphones or earbuds are worn when using electronic devices for music or videos.
- In accordance with legal requirements, there is strictly no smoking or vaping on board our vehicle.
- No open alcohol containers are permitted on board our vehicle.
- No dangerous or illegal items are permitted on board our vehicle, either on person or within baggage or luggage.
- When travelling with our service, please ensure that you behave in a respectful and courteous manner to our driver and other passengers.
- Failure to adhere to the above requirements may result in you being declined use of our service in the future. Significant breaches may result in immediate termination of service and no refund will be applicable in this instance.
- No animals are permitted on board our vehicle. The only exception to this is a service animal. If you require to bring a service animal with you on board our vehicle, please notify us at the time of booking.
- If you leave an item on board our vehicle, we will hold the item for a period of six weeks for collection. If the item remains uncollected after six weeks, it will be disposed of.
M2P AIRPORT TRANSFERS RESPONSIBILITIES
- Departure times will be adhered to as best as practicable, however, we are not responsible if departure times are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions or inclement weather. We will notify you if we are running more than 10 minutes behind schedule.
- Arrival times at your destination are also subject to change. We will always endeavour to have you at your destination as close as possible to the designated time, however, we do not accept any responsibility or liability for delays due to traffic congestion, accidents, inclement weather conditions or any other matters which are outside of our reasonable control.
- In the event of a breakdown, M2P Airport Transfers will reimburse the cost of an Uber fare to get you to your destination, however, you will require your own Uber account to facilitate this.
- Please make allowances for the above considerations when choosing the time of your booking to avoid any issues with flight departures.
- M2P Airport Transfers is not responsible for passengers missing flights and/or transfers if they are not at the agreed pick-up point by the agreed departure time.
